Travel Day

Yesterday we were in Denver Colorado. The club was pretty small. I awoke with the aches, pains, and chills that accompany colds. I also have what I call fire lung. It felt like my lungs were on fire and when I cough it feels as though someone is rubbing sandpaper against it. Nyquil, thera flu etc have been the staples of my diet for the last few days. I usually abstain from medicines like this but when you don't have a home to recover in and cannot call in sick you do what you have to do. 

The show was ok, the band were pretty sloppy, as they have been drinking a lot and I believe that it is taking it's toll on them. I felt terrible the whole show. I went straight to my bunk after finishing load out and slept for about ten hours. I woke up while we were driving through the mountains in Montana. It was pretty, if you like rocks covered with snow. 

We have now stopped at Boise Idaho so the driver can sleep for eight hours. We are headed towards Vancouver BC. I think I am going to go get my own room as we are actually here until 12:00 tomorrow and I am sick of being on this bus.
