Good morning, which for most of you is noon or even late afternoon. The schedule I am on is far different from the one I left. I am up until 4:00 or 5:00 am and wake up around 12:00 every day. There is good news however. We have our old bus back with a real driver who has been in the business longer then I care to imagine. His name is Earl, he is from Wisconsin and he is a fantastic human being, being a Packer fan has helped his status but none the less he is still a really genuine cool guy.
The shows have been better and I have been getting along well with the band and they are really happy with my work. I'm not really sure if things have actually gotten better, I think that I may just be getting used to them.
We are in North Carolina today and headed to Philly tonight after the show. Our day off in New York is now consumed with a Sirius radio show followed by a tv performance. I feel that I am going to be unable to see my friend Jennifer in New York. I am going to try and meet up with her for a second in the afternoon if at all possible. New York is crazy as we have to dump all of the gear and send the bus away as bus parking is not allowed in NYC.
I had some amazing italian food last evening in Atlanta. Chris and I were really happy about it. we actually went back and got more for the bus. It was the first real good meal that I have had since I left Portland.
Well, off to work, I'll keep ya'll posted.
